1)Go to Setting -> Ring Style -> (whatever setting you have) Detail ->
2)Go to the phone book and set ringtone for each individual contact.

In the city where I live, most phone manufacturers, including Moto, would exchange a "new" handset within 7 days of purchase.

too good phone with such a reasonable price moreover i won digital camera 10.2 mp in a scrachcard offered by mobile store.nice battery backup and amazing sound quality...

cheers 2 motorola 4 bringing out such a beautifully crafted phone, with gr8 features n finally such a reasonable price!!! i wuz always a die hard fan of nokia n SE but moto rocks!!firstly.. it is one of the most stylish phones available in the market at this price range.. its has decent camera quality(2MP) n although its music is not as loud as nokia on loudspeaker.. but very gud in earphones.. decent battery lyf too(2 days).. n much more more improved than other moto handsets..the fact that it differentiates itself 4rm other phones in this segment is the stylish looks!!! and those LED indicators on the top.. damn gorgeous.. i got it for 5900 in chennai n wud advise evryone 2 go 4 it.. worth its price...!!!

In where I live (Hong Kong), all phones can be exchanged with a "brand new" unit within 7 days of purchase.
Afterwards, user enjoys 1 year warranty, in which practically, for (seems quite serious) problems like you mentioned, chances are they will not "fix and repair" your phone. Rather they would simply change the mother-board.
So other than the external housing, you'd get a "new" phone (with zero mins on the call timer).

hanging
memory card eject during playing music
low battry back up
low sound in ear phone

I feel that camera clarity is very less and there is no zooming option.
Only stylish look for phone then there is nothing good
