Poor batteries, mostly non-removable (Ridiculous considering their price); mostly poor speakers, too often no SD slots, no xenon flash, overheating/bending (Too slim). Current smartphones suck so we need to have the ability to build our own.

AnonD-326380, 23 Dec 2014please stop this useless PR for useless PR based product...... moreYoure right. and asx for upgrading, when the latest and awaited module will launch everyone want to sell their old at the same time, it will be hard enough to give old modules away. So some people will be buying a new base unit to use their old modules, and actually end up spending money just to put their old modules to use.

It will still sell though, you know what there is one of in every village...

Its great to see the team is progressing well and I am eagerly waiting to see the final fully functional device which i could I grab asap.

As for now, I don't see any other options other than Project Ara for the worth upgrading my current mobile or replacing it in a near future.

Hope Project Ara team read all these comments.
