For this same reasone they are implimenting their in house chip.beacuse they cant risk buying qualcoms chip and at the end they wont sell all the qualcom powered phones and increas their losses even more.they are diverting people from buying other phones in saying that the 810 os overheating so poeple would run and buy their phones (marketing strategy).

If samsung can make its gimmick usable then people will love it.. They certainly are capable of doing it if they stop wasting efforts on 100 different phones a year.. They did it with the Note series..

When you read this article, you realise Samsung is being clever to ditch SD810 for its own chipset not bcz SD810 has issues but they desperately want their own revenue to increase by using Exenoss. Moreover spreading lies about SD810 will move people away from other companies's flagship which are going to use SD810. Smart move Samshit but this js too mean.
