AnonD-279720, 11 Mar 2015You probably don't know how to appreciate a good screen, I ... moreAha, try 3-4 years tops for amoled...

I should know, had a samsung oled tv and lg lcd tv in house, samsung screen turned to crap in 3.5 years with black deadpixel areas of greater magnitude, lg...still perfect vivid screen 6th year now and going...

So... Keep your eyecandy samoled, amoled, oled or whatever...

Enjoy.... Until next soon to be needed upgrade

In tech, longivity and endurance of technology should be taken into account when judging quality after all...
Judges forget that, or close their eyes to some important facts...

I mean if you look at Galaxy S6 Samsungs latest flagship it beats IPhone 6 on paper and also in real life performance a flagship device doesn't get any I mean any better than S6 and it doesn't bent most of all.

darkraver, 11 Mar 2015Yeah, for a shortest lifespan screen, they are the best... ... moreYou probably don't know how to appreciate a good screen, I better use my samsung screen for 7 years with optimum quality and replace it afterwards for $50 or so. I won't be stuck with an IPS display just to make sure it'll work in the next 10 years. good luck saving pennies while pissing yourself with bad screens.

But I prefer endurance/longivity over eyecandy so...no more samsung amoled screens for me anywhere, nor phones, nor TVs
