hi guyz
1 Yu platform means cheapest price to spec ratio to fight against Xiaomi.
remember $150 Yureka which held its head high against Xiaomi note 4G.
2 So next flagship could be a $200 FHD 400dpi with 5.5" screen, with better front speakers for good audio with all the regular bells & whistles.
3 ASUS is also there with $200 model with FHD 400dpi to compete with.
4 Infocus M2 with its far better specs also undermining the under $100 competition.
So expect new flagship on these lines.

a110 was update... moreI know that.I got my own A110 from ICS to JB. A1 is a Google Initiative.
And those updates phones are just a percent of all phones released. They don't even care about their flagships.
A RedMi 1S and Mi3 perform better than MT shits like Knight and Turbo and Gold. I am not taking it to Qualcomm and MT debate.
But it is just about stupid Micromax.

What? Look who is bitching. I have this micromax phone A90S, which although a good phone, still runs on the very same software it had come with out of the box i.e. ICS. 3rd year on and still not even a single update. Really really disappointing since A90S when launched, was the most expensive mmx phone for its time.

Anonymous, 14 Mar 2015Lol... I've heard that exact same comment made about Jelly ... moreIt was true that KK was more stable and mature than JB. It's not true that Lollipop is more stable and mature than KK.

Hope they change their SoC to a much powerful one! Snapdragon 615 on the YUREKA was not that good in terms of gaming/ heavy usage. Also, the screen should also be shrunk if they plan to put a 720p res again... (5" would be ideal!). Even a MediaTek 6592/ 6752 beats the Snapdragon 615!

a110 was updated from ics to JB
a120 was updated from JB to KITKAT
canvas hue is guaranteed to get lollipop
a1 updated to lollipop
this is what i remember there are even few devices that received OTA..
even 50k flagships barely receive updates to more then one iteration of android what more you expect for a 10k phone..

Justin Barber, 14 Mar 2015Gingerbread and ICS were the most stable versions. And ging... moreI could understand your statement if you just stuck to GB (the last of the 2.x line), but claiming ICS was the most stable version is simply not true.
ICS suffered from a large list of issues/complaints, issues that were solved with the upgrade to JB. In turn KK was just an incremental update to JB (which is by itself the fix of ICS). As such logic dictates that KK should be the most stable version, not ICS.
My experience (and the voice of others) confirm this statement. KK did have some launch issues (much like ICS did), but unlike what happened in ICS the issues were actually fixed within KK (which is the last of the 4.x line) -- not pushed to the next version of the OS.
