Google should stick with 5" display size like nexus 5 and use processer like snapdragon 820...4gb ram..

Should be 1080P screen with a snapdragon 805 paired with 2gb ram, bug battery, front facing speakers and a 10-12 mp ois camera. Now that would be a great nexus 5 upgrade and much more cost effective than nexus 6.

Hoping they will learn something with sony.
          1. A highend phone with latest soc and a wtv screen with retarded resolutions for who ever wants their battery drained or bragging rights. (That wont ever change unfortunally)

          2. a compact version (like xperia z3 compact) WITH THE SAME highend soc not some low/mid end stuff and a decent screen size (5 or 5.2) and 720p/1080p MAX!

surpringsinly even with a smaller battery will last way more.. Go figure

AnonD-106, 20 Mar 2015Won't be LG, I heard it will be HuaweiActually it is both. Huawei will make the cheaper Nexus (like the Nexus 5) and LG the more expensive one (like the Nexus 6)

nexus 7 with nexus 5 appearance would be good, do not increase screen resolution and screen size! increase battery capasity to 4k mah and all the specs but not using the overheating sd810

DROID23, 20 Mar 2015wtf?! lol! some weeks ago all blog's saying it making the N... moreActually the next Nexuses will be made by Huawei AND LG. Just like Motorola making the Nexus 6 alongside with HTC making their Nexus 9. So it'll be like LG Nexus 5 (2015) made alongside with Huawei Nexus 7 for example.

I think it would be awesome if Google partnered up with HTC for a nexus variation. As long as it has a nexus 5 price tag and 5.1 to 5.5 screen size. It would definitely be a wicked phone.

I hope this is real! I still have my Nexus 5 it is the best phone I have ever owned. Passed on the Nexus 6 because the price and the screen size turned me off. Nexus 7 Will be a 5.2inch screen 2-4GB ram, 13/14MP camera. With 32gb/64gb storage. Pricing Between 400-600$ I will scoop one up in a heartbeat.

Yes that's correct choice ; Or else give it to huawei they'll reduce the resolution to 1080p as their CEO thinks anything excess 1080 p in a smartphone is an overkill.

                              lg the best!!!

Real simple why the N6 didn't enjoy the success that the N5 did. $$$$$$ It was what, over twice the price of the N5 and had a bigger footprint. Personally, I like big phones, I have a Huawei Mate2, and was considering the N6, because, as with others, figured the price would be in line with the N5, but when it was twice the price, didn't give it a second look.

If this is real, the device's name should be called either Google Nexus se7en (or Nexus 7) or even LG Nexus G2, just because the last 2 Nexus devices made by LG were not really catchy (which the Nexus 4 should be called the LG Optimus Nexus, LG Nexus G for Nexus 5)

Should be interesting to see what would be the name of the new phone and I can smell the success already by pairing up with LG who has been quite a dominant force in the mobile industry in the recent times...
