I don't know why Apple fans are so jealous of Samsung products! Don't be shy...! Say that Samsung copied curved edges from Apple too! Or copied big screens from Apple too! LoL

fail test,fail test,fail test,fail test, if u put presure near the volume butons on the iphone 6 plus and press whith something like 1cm square the presure needed to bend it is much below 110 pounds, probably half of that, this test is payed by apple, u can not full everybody

110lb ~= 50kg for rest of us using metric.

Not a chance prove me wrong.
Glass under specific pressure cracks and aluminium bends. but here we can see the glass is weaker

And I still don't get why these companies are so devoted to turning their products into blades. Why has no one tried the Oppo or Vivo!!! They are more 'Knife-like'... I think I'll juz tape my SMARtphone to a knife's handle!!! Soon we all will carrying smart-blades around. And the world would come to an end.

Jesus christ. This is 'test' is just hogwash.
The problem with the 6plus was that it bent and stayed bent forever and ever just from being in your pocket.
The S6E and M9 sure do bend, but they flex right back. And ofcourse the glass breaks on the S6E. Folding glass against itself will do that.
I'd say this whole test is faulty and doesn't really give any valid or useful information to any consumer. It's a gimmick test at best.

And its weaker aluminum scratches and dents faster too. And the iPhone can't survive the same drop tests the s6 can either.

This kind of standardized three point objective bending testing, is designed for uniform materials, and a phone/phablet is not so. So this in it self makes the result very far from real life scenarios.
When the pressure is applied exactly at the middle, and evenly across the device it all depends on how close that is to the weakest point(s) of the device, and on how other elements can support it.
Ip6+ has it weakest point about 3/4 up, at one side at the volume rocker.
if single pressure is applied there, it would take much less to do damage.
I have no idea if the Samsung's have (even) weaker spots (and if so where). This test does not help us there. Except telling us that the Edges display-construction it is self is non elastic and thus likely to break when bending, and that is not localised to a single primary weak spot.

And wrong again. They used aluminum alloy 6013 which is up to 50% stronger than what apple used. So if it was all aluminum it would have still been stronger, but in a different way.

they bend at the same weight. but iphone stays that way samy does not. The point where they crack its hard to reach (unless u are dating a whale). So yes all our phones are bendable, but i think only iphone stays in bended position

well one thing is now guaranteed that the s6(edge) will start selling like hotcakes just like the iturd 6/6+ after the bendgate incident,hell they might even sell more than 100 million units in one quarter ;) :p

And GLASS as a material IS MORE rigid to bending process than aluminium and STILL is WORSE....in this scenario .
