Microsoft pauses Lumia 520, 525 update due to bricking

Users who tried to roll back the Windows 10 update back to WP8.1 report bricking.

Lumia 520 was released by nokia in q1 of 2013,
It is low budget phn, but still ms is trying to update such a low budget phn is it not a great thing by ms.
We should greatful about its aftersell service.
Day by day technology chage. But ms care for phn which is already 2 yrs old.
Google never cares 4 midranger also .
And how much flagship android phn which realeased 2 yrs before get update to kitkat or lollipop???

              Betas tend to be unstable, at some point you couldn't even root Android 2.3 Gingerbread without messing the hardware up to a degree...

                Windows 10 for phone is a mess. No better than WP8/8.1.
                windows for phone is a dead platform. :(

                      Those who are pointing Microsoft for this should feel ashamed because Microsoft already warned everyone that this is a preview so users who are having one one shouldn't download preview because it has so many problems.
                      Isn't not enough.
                      But the laggy google release lollipop has final product but never warn its users. So the second stupid baseless comment is invalid here.

                        My Lumia 920 successfully updated. There was a problem with the SIM Card pin, but there's a workaround posted somewhere on a forum.

                              A friend of mine also faced this problem..his lumia 520's display gone black but after going back to 8.1 once and after that again going to preview didn't given any problem..and it's running fine.
