Never upgrade unless they the solution on the lingering issue that may complaints.

Please any help to downgrade to Kitkat. Lollipop is far worse my Tab S 8.4 keep rebooting and screen flickering after the upgrade.

Same problems here. Screen flickering, reboot when the battery is low. Is there anything we can do to request Samsung to fix this issue? Will they fix it if I send the tablet to the service center? Thanks

My tab s keeps freezing with like shock waves down the screen. Screen going black. I'm seriously getting sick of it. It's only 5 months old. Why has it started to do this? I won't be buying a Samsung again.

Just bought my TAB S 8.4 (LTE) few days ago was affraid to update to lollipop but after I read the comments here all are negative & same problems with all the users :( i think i will keep on the original version 4.4.2 till samsung fix it!!!!

I am tired and upset about this...
I am from HK so I got the 5.02 update through OTA, then I encountered those low battery reboot thing, so I read and learn how to flash my rom, I flashed to 6.0, 5.11 and even back to 4.4, but all have the same issue, it is like after you got to 5.02, something in the firmware just open a pandora box and it can't go back anymore
I hope Samsung release a fix soon

I updated my tabs 8.4 wifi tab s from kitjat to Lolipop 5.0.2...upto that there was no problem and enjoyed it...After the updation the problems started..
1. below 50% of battery some flickering on the screen shows and then reboots and it continues several times and we can see that the battery status will get into low as 5%.
2 some times if I opened the tabs then suddenly this 50% of battery gets into 5%.Then if I switched of the tabs and connected my charger it shows 50% charging..Then if I switched on the tabs it shows 50% and suddenly reboots or shows 5%.
I dont know what to do..Any one please help...

im a samsung user ever since, and now i felt very disappointed since i bought this samsung tab s 8.4, the problem is i could not use the mobile data anymore except wifi since i update to lollipop 5.0.2, because the signal is always fluctuate, i almost shoot my head with my own gun because of...........

I found out Samsung several generations mobile phones has the same issue: automatic reboot, lost network, flickering screen( white lights glitch) .
It is means Samsung never intent to address the issue, I will REJECT Samsung phone forever.
It cause me frustrated.

Same problem of screen flickering and reboot plus network disconnected very often since update to 5.0.2 OTA update. When so many user's were complaining why the hell Samsung choose to update more user's. I just got the update in Malaysia last week and i thought it's just my tab and bashed up the tablet near the sim slot hundreds of time.

I have the same problem. Only seems to happen just like everyone says, below 80% battery power levels. Even worse when it is at 30% or below. When viewing anything, like a web page, youtube video, or magazine via newstand, the screen would flicker and the device reboots. I also have tried the factory reset after updating and the issue is the same. The tablet is useless basically when the battery is below 80%. It ran great before the update. Now I regret updating my device.

Tab S 8.4 with SIM keeps rebooting after latest upgrade as of today. Most reboot happens when connected to 3G or something (COC for example). Less reboot on normal mode. It really sucks. what happen?been factory reset but not fixed.pls help

I had exactly the same problem with my Tab S 8.4 WiFi only.
White flashes across screen then freezing then rebooting.
This happened mostly when playing Clash of Clans.
Battery below %80 this would happen then on reboot it would fluctuate the battery % anywhere from %20 to %70.
Still the same after upgrade to 5.0.2 but then I did a hard reset / cleared cache and reset to factory settings.
It as not done it since even though battery showing less than %30.
A pain having to reload all the apps but not a huge problem and much better when in use.
