Would like to point out that 750mb is a good FUP if its a blackberry, but Iphone has next to no mobile sites when browsing, so its just like regular internet usage, I see alot of people hitting the fair usage, as for the dude that thinks Orange's network will be better, HA, joke dude, as 3 already use 3's network, thats not going to help, so mistake number 1 by you, and orange have bad network coverage, and so do t-mobile, bad+bad=bad and vodafone and o2 are in the middle of a mast sharing agreement so good+good=good

Its all way overpriced for what you get, my opinion is if you really need to take it with you, buy a laptop or netbook.

Who is going to buy an iPhone now that the Droid is coming out? iPhone is old news. Droid does everything better than the iPhone and will have many more USEFUL apps.

orange have the same price plans as O2 because its not the network provider who dictates the costs, its the phone manufacturer, and apple have stated that the costs for the phone are going to be however much no matter what network they are on

FUP of 750MB? That has to be a joke or orange has misunderstood the meaning of "unlimited" and they need to be given an Oxford English dictionary as present!

It may be illegal to price-rig tarrifs, but why else would Orange have identical rates as O2?! I'd like to hear them explain why this is going to be the case...

price collusion is actually illegal so i doubt that
just keeping it the same price to maximise profits, though i think it would be in orange's best interests to lower prices a little bit

Anonymous, 02 Nov 2009Fair usage policy of 750 mb on orange, that's not going to ... moreOrange may have poor coverage where you are now, but over the next few months, they are combining network coverage areas with both T-Mobile & 3. So thats even better 2g coverage, and far better 3g coverage. This will definitely outweigh the o2 coverage in every case.

WTFone Report @ agreed. Living in Canada is ideal thing to do. We also pay hell of taxes on everything but good thing is it comes back as government services. Beyond that I am really pissed off by wireless service providers their pricing is out of the world even no comparison with states.

Fair usage policy of 750 mb on orange, that's not going to last long with the iphone. No incentive to go with Orange as their 3G coverage is non-existent in my area, even worse than o2.

muze, 02 Nov 2009Rogers i hate u! check O2/orange plans and hardware is free... moretrust me considering everything, its better to live in canada. housing, cars... r all cheaper. in europe the carriers r probably getting subsidized. orange is a french company and french love to subsidize their companies (they also love to go on strike so nothing works consistantly). its like swisscom who offer iphone for a cheap price in switzerland. but its state owned and all the other carriers hv to pay swisscom to use swisscom's lines so that they can "provide service". there really is no service. wen u go and ask them for help, they will tell u they r available 2 weeks from today and at an inconvenient time 4 u. another gr8 thing about switzerland is they tax mp3 players based on memory capacity bcos they feel they need to protect artist's rights. so they already claim ur stealin music b4 u buy the mp3 player. and wat do they do with the money they collect to protect the artist's rights? hint: the artists dont get it. and eu sued microsoft a few times for being too competitive, while at the same time swisscom is basically a monopoly. if u wna deal with those kinda ppl then come to europe.

£440 for 16gb PAYG? Tempted.
Otherwise, Orange have clearly taken advantage of peoples dislike of O2. Why charge less when they are going to become the largest UK operator shortly?
You get more minutes and texts on the £184 18 month contract by the way than you get with O2.
