Lolx E7 Not Getting the update while the Grand Prime New model after Grand Prime Had Got the lollipop upfate i have also got this Update So I love Samsung And U people are saying that your device E7 Will not get the update Whooa ! Its only for UK :/ UK will not get the update only :) So Stop Worrying ;)

I have Samsung galaxy e7 (kitkat) and zenfone 2 (lollipop) , with the same price, Asus always care with their customers, i always receive ota update from Asus, but you samsung still kitkat ha? even Asus have 5.1.1 and latest CM 12.1 in custom rom. Dear samsung you just lost in this battle.

samsung must fulfill his commitment.you are a big company in india your market value can also drop.so provide lollipop version for galaxy e7.your other product also have 2gb ram with lollipop version so why should not update with galaxy e7.

What the Hell...!! I have bought this phone in intention to upgrade myself...but if the Samsung is not giving lollipop to E7, then there is no use of using Samsung anymore....people can switch their brand then...very sad

From lumia I switched to Samsung because I believe that this phone promises a better performance as well as phone updates. So I buy Samsung Galaxy E7. Earlier promises it will be getting lollipop update in the 3rd quarter of this year though undeniably its pretty much late to enjoy the new software since Android M is already on the line. It really made me feel so bad when I have red the news that they cancelled the updateI've been to much dismayed by how Samsung terribly don't consider how their consumer feels about it. And now I do hope Samsung will be able to read messages of every persons like me who shares the same feeling as I do. Now switching to iphone which I think offers a better performance and keep their promises.

they canned it because they released the samsung j5 and j7 which is almost similar to the e5 and e7 and yes they have lollipop!
just another way samsung can get us to buy their new line of shitty phones then after a few months release a new one..
i had it with the fast depreciation of samsung phones, i'm going back to ios at least resell value and the values of their phones in general dont drastically drop every 6 months and updates are consistent

Even its... moreYa it's a shame full matter about Samsung that such a costly phone e7 is not getting lollipop update mover a phone like j7 at low price has got much more features rather than e7. It's a big query? ???????????????????????so now if Samsung has to keep his nose it must update e7 to lollipop 5.1.1. So it's a challenge from my side

They are testing now for E7samsung. may be they will update lolipop version 5.1 . 1 soon.
