Can anyone tell when is samsung E7 is going to get Lollipop update, is there any official news, is lollipop cancelled for the month of September or permanently.

Why in the hell E7 is cancelled for the update???? Even its costly then E5 and mor ram and more features then why only in E5 can't imagine why is my stuck in kitkat? This is really shame on Samsung mobile company. This will definitely create negative opinion towards samsun... Samsung company is bullshit

If samsung mobile will not upgrade samsung galaxy e7's andriod version from kitkat to lollipop then e7 users including me will try to upgrade our cell phones. Cheaper Alternatives are available with more power,capacity and style. Like lenovo !

Good Time for Microsoft to capture the market. Either ways Samsung is planning to work on technologies. They are planning to make money out Patents and all.

That's the Reason i don't like Samsung. Recently i was using apple iPhone and it's better. Samsung is too late for software updates on any cell phone. Now i am Gonna sell my E7 and i will never switch to samsung again.

Guys don't worry I have confirmed it from the Samsung mobile india main customer care centre and they said that the lollipop will be coming to galaxy e7 in about 1 month or maybe it can take sometime but it is surely gonna come on E7 in India.

No big loss the E7 not getting Lollipop update in the UK, because i don't think anybody actually bought the E7 in the UK, or the E5 for that matter.
But i do agree that Samsung update policy is pure crap plain & simple, I currently have a UK simfree Galaxy Alpha which is still on Kitkat 4.4.4, not that it's a bad thing still being on Kitkat as it much better than Lollipop 5.0.2, which all of the UK carriers currently have with the exception of EE, hence the reason the BTU update still hasn't shown up yet.
What will peeve me off if the UK Simfree Alpha get 5.0.2 & not 5.1.1 months after the carriers first received the Lollipop updates, if this phone get 5.0.2 then it be sold & I'll move onto either the New Nexus 5 or Motorola Style as it be stuck on 5.0.2 well into next year going on how often the Alpha is updated.

I've lost my faith in Samsung after hearing this. This is more like cheating to the customers (Samsung fans). My next phone will definitely not from Shamesung.

and this is why i will never buy a samsung again. my phone isn't an e7 but even flagships are getting latest android months after their release and when it is released there is already a newer version of android out. i will buy a nexus next time for being sure always having the latest android as it releases.
