The Truth, 14 Jan 2010Only reason O2 data speeds are perceived as slow is because... moreNot a very good indication of the network capability if it cannot cope with the number of customers on its infrastructure - it's not like the other networks don't have other 3G data users already.
Dongles, 3G handsets, you name it: O2 has never had a proper 3G structure.

Anonymous, 14 Jan 2010Voda has plenty of stock and o2 data sppeds are so slow app... moreOnly reason O2 data speeds are perceived as slow is because there a so many iPhone users on O2.
Wait until Voda and Orange get a decent number of iPhones, THEN we'll see how respective networks cope.

the Iphone 3g and 3gs is also now on the tesco mobile network, its on 12month and 24month price plans, the 12month plan is £20 a month, and the 24month plan is £60 a month, I know that £60 a month sounds alot but you get unlimited calls, texts, WI-FI and 1tb data browsing a month----- for the £20 plan for 12months you get £60 of calls and texts plus unlimited WI-FI and 1tb data browsing a month.....
Plus when you get one it doesn't say tesco mobile in the top corner, ity says o2-uk!

only problem with this now is vodafone are known for managing stock levels very well, i can see a lot of voda cust being very dissapointed and not getting the phone when they have been told, it was the same azs what happened with orage they couldnt deal with the demand. and i know this as i used to work for an orange company (3rd party) i also know some in voda who has already said they dont think they can cope with the demand for the i phones
