Note5 is their biggest fail imo ever since i am a Samsung user.. and after 5 years, i will be switching to another brand. I'm just waiting for the right replacement (z5 premium, predator 6, g4 pro.. )

Samsung big downhill started right away after Apple released those bigger iPhones and samsung can't keep up with Apple while Apple selling more and more iPhones

They could have prevented this by retaining the removable battery, IR blaster and micro SD and also by selling 128gb internal storage versions of the Note 4. Soany people including me didn't buy the Note 5 because of the issues above.

Sammy should have listen to its loyal fans. But instead, it gives crappy support and care for their older devices and launch new high end phones exactly the way how fans don't want it to be. If Sammy could make phones as they did before, no glass back, expandable memory, bigger battery minus the shitty Touchwiz, and stick to its own creative looks rather than make a look-a-like of the phones made by their arch-rival...yeah, that'd be great.
Samsung, here's one more advice: the largest populated countries are third world countries, where speedy connection is a dream, Cloud storage DOES NOT compensate for non-expandable storage...wake up.

Samsung gives good hardware. But their software sucks whether be it updates or optimization. There software only includes some gimmicky features. A phone needs to be complete package with good hardware software and support. They don't support their low range or mid range at all. The only support they give is for they high ends.
Or the other way would be to make it value for money which I don't think will be ever done by Samsung.

In the last 5 years, the smartphones grew each year with great number of features being added. That can only keep up for so long. People don't upgrade every year anymore, heck, not even every other year. Smartphone market is just becoming like PC market... lol

Eversince my very first smartphone ive been using samsungs. S1 then s2, s3, note3 and then im fed up. Fed up by getting nowhere compared to the chineese but now here in Hungary a note5 or an s6 costs over 1000 usd. Thats a joke. So now ive ordered an allview x2 xtreme for it does all what an s6 can do for 1/3rd price. Goodbye sammy- it was nice to know you.

Samsung should face the striking reality now,everytime copying doesn't help,should have some originality.All their hype is due to Indian market only,remove them from India they would scatter in dust.

my opinion...it goes back to the trends and success of the galaxy s3 and s4. if only they could build on that success instead of try to create non flexible handsets (removable batt and SD cards) then the glass back was a very bad idea who needs an egg like phone (too fragile) samy should fire head of design hear and make the S actives globally available i want one but its for specific markets. try new concepts like a note variant in the S actives armour global availability then surely they can stimulate the market in thier favor instate of aggrivating potential customers to look the other way when one suggests a samy handset due to the above limitations. make them fun, flexible and rugged enough to keep up with me, not slow me down because its fragile and it will break when i take it with me...cheers fellas :D
