Nokias flagship phones are used by alot of professionals around the world for e-mailing, texting ans synching.
Nokia always puts newest stuff like 3G back then on their N-series and E-series devices, not on touch screen.
Even today Nokia makes their flagships, both E-series and N-series with full physical Qwerty keyboards, even if the phones have touchscreens.
The full touchscreen devices Nokia has is oriented to young people with interest in music, media and visual.
The reason they don't put full touchscreen without physical keyboard on their flagship is casue no self respecting professional would use a on screen keyboard to write and read mail, messages etc, it takes up like 70% of the screen and you cant even see the mail, sms and web page properly when you are being interactive and typing.
So when 3G came out it was only put on Nokias flagship for a reason, cause those are the customers that need and care about 3G.
Then they want on to put 3G on their other only touch phones meant for the younger audience.
Nokia will continue putting physical keyboards on the high end devices, thank god! Can't stand writing mail and sms on a screen keyboard, the whole page almost disapears into the background when the screen qwerty appears, so annoying.
My younger sister has a Iphone 3G second gen, so i have some serious experience with the iPhone, on screen keyboard on iPhone is built to drive you insane with irritation.

- the almighty brand has been "FLOODING" the market with so called "new" phones, sometimes maybe a dozen at a time. So all the media always has something "new" to report about. (but in reality it's nothing other than better / less cam quality, add / minus Wifi, etc...
- the almighty brand has been paying the various media / shops to get the exposures it wants. The reality is this world is all about business and no lunch is free.

No phone's cam can beat the quality of any DC.
So Apple "tells" what people can do with their "phones"....browsing the internet at the speed near broadband at home, and the phone does NOT hang.
A phone should be simple to use, so simple that it can only have one button on the face.
The iphone certainly doesn't have the top specs what the techno savvy people always want, but apparently what "most" people want is something like the iphone.
If iphone isn't successful, why the almighty brand RUSHED to release 3G touchscreen phones AFTER iphone 3G was released?

listen!! i work for cosmote romania in bucharest. 5 days ago this prototype was presented by nokia romania at annual meeting of romanian gsm providers. it is very real,i saw it!!! i swear

Nice try from nokia launcing a 12-MP camera phone....but unfortunatley it can't beat Satio's and pixon12 powered 12Mp camera.
and you can compare it very soon.
