for touch pho... moreSymbian has limited screen resolution stuck at 640x480 maximum which is why all thes Nokia phones have 640x360 screens except for the N900 which is like Android, WinMo and some other phones with 800x480 screens.
The iPad shows iPhone OS easily supports a 1024x768 pixel screen.
Symbian belongs in the stone age.

for touch phone. Symbian 1 and 2 are just the beginning, s3 have all the competitors offer. Like multitouch on capacitive and resistive screen, graphics chip confirmed
and the most important things nowadys is s3 has new ui

bro, symbian is perfect, for a non touch screen phone. Iphone is a whole new level in terms of os. Yes there might be ups and downs on iphone's os but do remember, symbian wasn't so great as they started. And iphone manages to pick up the changes faster. Sorry to say this but i've switched sides. Bye symbian. Welcome iphone.

At the same time, It handles office documents, Push E-mail, Advanced web browsing and can work custom made apps for your company.

Blackbery is for teen girls so the parents wont pay 1000 per month they will par 200 sumthin lik tht so it easier!!! But iPhone is not 4r business its for teens also!!!

Iphoners don't get it, the IPhone is just a cute little poodle that has a few nice animations and basic feature. Meanwhile, Symbian is like a sophisticated Doberman, smart, powerful and can is both business and multimedia oriented. Imagine using an Iphone for business.
The reason Iphoner believe that it is the best is because, before the Iphone, they used an Ipod and a simple phone for communication. Therefore when the Iphone came out, they were amazed at how many feature it had over their previous basic phone. What they don't realize is that behind the vute animations, the Iphone only offers feature that other companies have had for more than 5 years ago.
If you notice in this fourm, most of the advantages of the Iphone posted are incorrect sush as-
"N97 needs to convert movies" - No you don't, it plays normal .avi(DIVX) file flawlessly
"What widescreen movies? Where do you get these from?" - Please realise that there are many place to get movies other than Itunes that offer widescreen
"No Gfx processor" - You don't need one, the OS is lighter.
"OS that doesn't crash" - Yeah right!
"Lighter" - Come on, phones 10 years ago had that , so does the N97, if thats what you give as a advantage, you must be desperate.
"Faster" - "Ihide my sluggishness behind animations".While N97 is naturally quick even with multiple apps running. Web, Opera mobile on N97 is about same speed.
"The awesome huge screen" - I quote previous comment "The Screen size is same, 3.5". However, the N97 is a perfect widescreen (like most movies) and therefore movies fill in nicely without being stretched or cropped. Also, despite having no Graphic accelerator or a very powerful processor, the screen resolution of the N97 is much greater than of the Iphone.(hence movies are clearer)"
"Larger user base" - The Symbian v5 user base outweighs the Apple OS. It comes in many devices like 5800, N97mini, 5530 5230, X6, Satio, Omina. While apple OS only comes in Iphone. Therefore you cant compare that N97 vs Iphone since symbain users have a choice of different phones and so user base is divided.
"The Apps" - Again I quote "Sure the Ovi store is much smaller than the Apple App store, but there are many many 3rd party apps available for pay and free all over the web and more a coming in very fast thanks to the OS's open environment. Also we can install any app we want on the phone not only ones that Apple (or this case Nokia) allows."

Htc screens scratches quick and its paint job chips and fades quick as well. I had the diamond before so I know. The iphone has better build quality.

You make it seem so easy and simple to just add whatever feature you like on a phone like you're stuffing things in your bag, lol. Apple consider practicality and necessity and legalities before they add a feature on the iphone.
With your kind of mentality, you should just stick with Nokia and Samsung devices who just love to stuff their devices with features even when they know that it would compromise performance.
