I've seem you around the iPhone section a lot (since the past months, maybe even years) by the strands of letters which go by "P%nm". You are obviously a true fanboy in relation to the iPhone and possible Apple as a whole. Adobe owns the company who invented flash thus why they are so important. Flash has many advantages such as watching flash videos on the internet (without the use of another app, just one browser and flash capabilities) or loading flash content, once again online.

Adobe & apple is @ war because apple want adobe to turn the flash platform into a app that will cost iphone users $19.99 per app.
That's the only reason apple don't want flash on iphone, ipod, ipad, because flash is a free platform, even the US government use adobe flash on all of it's computers with no problem.

Apple is lazy the can't developed their own technology they have to use nokia, samsung, cisco, arm, quallcome, dell, hp, sony & all the other technology that they don't have rights to but use & refused to pay even the name iphone the had to pay to use because it's the trademark of a japanese technology company.
And those technology being universal don't mean you cam use them without paying royalty for it's use.

One thing I notice about Apple fans is that they criticize functions other phones have until they get it. First they diss mms until they got it, but I blame these lame reporters for most of this hype going on in the first place. Everytime Apple get ready to announce something here comes this over abundant of publicisty surrounding it and what's pathetic about it, is that it's nothing new. Funny how every other phone company get so caught up with that they try to change what they have going that works well for them and just enhance it that they go the opposite direction and ruin what they had just to get publicisity like Apple except Nokia. They seem to stay cool and sneak a awesome device like the N900 out to the public and let the consumers determine if it's a great device

Easy, because flash is the best solution available. Apple's quicktime is slow, laggy and eats five times as much cpu compared to FLASH.
How come N900 handles flash perfectly and has he same cpu as 3GS?

And with the new 4.0 SDK, apple dictates whant and how developers should work.
Truth is flash 9 runs good on phones that have the same hardware a s iPhone and excellent on PCs.
However it never ran decently on MAC...EVER... and since iPhone is based on OS X software... no chance.
The platform is severly limited and that's why developers are forced to use only a few programing tools.
