How much c@#k does Verizon suck to get awesome and exclusive phones like these and the Incredible, Droid, Eris and such. Hate Verizon's cockiness. I have to deal with Tmobiles crappy phones (but love their service and my Nexus One)

The register is reporting that there will be no apps for this phone because Microsoft have blocked this by removing the API's, including Silverlight! And the browser won't have tabs or be able to play flash videos because of no flash player:

        http://www.theregister.co.uk/2010/04/12/microsoft_kin/

I mean no apps though? I hope register are wrong.

I think the design of the phones don't match the somewhat futuristic looking UI. Looks kind of behind in style.

It's a customized WP7 INTERFACE, not the actual OS itself. Think of this as the HTC Smart with Brew OS, but replace the Sense UI with MotoBlur.

"making time in her schedule to enjoy life"
do people put those kind of statuses?
wouldn't that be a waste of time?

People don't only care about nice spec sheets you've got to bring in a device with nice looks but these toys look ugly with a very build quality from just looking at them i'm not impressed at all and i will wait for htc to make a phone worthy of running windows phone 7 these two are just not good enough they should've allowed htc hd2 to be the first mobile device to run windows phone 7 even if it didn't meet all of the microsoft requirements it could've been a better introduction of the new os to the world. I'm a very disappointed htc hd 2 user after been denied the opportunity to upgrade the os in my device

These phones look like they are aimed at a younger market, but the specs are very nice...

Define the term "smartphone". This looks like Bada or Qualcomm's "OS".
