Also I should say that yeah, benchmarks lie badly and Adreno 430 isn't as good as it is advertised.

Chris, 24 Dec 2015Now they just need to get rid of their capacitive buttons a... moreThey don't have any capacitive buttons. All current HTC phones have on-screen buttons which I totally hate.

Definitely a better option than A-9, but those top and bottom bezels could have still been smaller.

AnonD-296885, 24 Dec 2015Mediatek X10 with FHD is powerful enough to beat Adreno 430... moreYou might mixing up CPU and GPU. Helio X10 has powerful CPU, but that's not for graphics. X10's GPU is dated PowerVR G6200 overclocked to 700 MHz. It's 4,5 times slower than Adreno 430. 90 GFLOPS vs 430 GFLOPS.

I think its a reason for the fact that manufactures choos

Htc & Samsung are having tough times selling their flagship phones which were prices around $650. 2015 has seen a change where these companies are concentraring on upper mid range phones with $300-$400 price. See A series and now HTC A9 & X9.

I feel this is a great stratigy for these companies as most users don't care about the fastest chipset & highest ppi available. What a normal(user) want from their cell phone is smooth & effortless working which is quite achievable with 2-3gb RAM and mid range processors like 610.

In short, expect the average selling price of an android phone way less than 2014 in 2015/16.

Anonymous, 24 Dec 2015Actually does, Antutu scores show it. By far dude...Antutu is the shitiest benchmark ever made,a cheap mediatek CPU with Mali T720 can beat the last year adreno 330! So its clear how bad is this benchmark but I don't have any problem if a guy wants to buy a smartphone only looking at benchmarks and the most important at this benchmark

Front looks a bit like the M9 renders but the back reminds me of Nexus 6P or if anyone else even remembers, the old HTC ONE V's back used to look more or less like that :P

Capactive buttons are actually a welcome for me ( but different people different styles) and that 3000mah battery, OIS and good frontal design are really good in my opinion. Hope this is a good sign that the HTC One M10 or their next flagship will come with an even bigger battery, better camera since the X9 is a midrange phone.
