Hello Microsoft , with this refresh will not gain market shares . And OS has many problems. Grasping work and make modern phones that are capable of more.

Microsoft wants to sell electronic parts and not taken on the company's stock to sell. And then comes with such products.
A big disappointment.

Specs aren't everything but dammit Microsoft, you can't price this at $200+. With those specs. Are you mental? R.I.P.

Microsoft, who are you joking with? 200€ for a phone that has specs of a 100€ phone? I hope this is not true. If it is, Microsoft doesn't stand a chance to beat Android concurention, not even with Windows 10 Mobile. I own a Lumia phone, and I love WP, but if this will be the price of Lumia 650, my recommendation goes to some of the Chinese-branded Android phones, which for 200€ own brilliant specs and value. And I bet there will also be better Samsung, LG, Sony and HTC phones for the price of 200€. I hope this is not real, neither the specs nor the price, or else Microsoft is doomed.

Snapdragon 210 for $220 ? What a joke :) You can get a Xiaomi 4c with Snapdragon 808 for that price. It seems that Microsoft is really, really trying to exit the smartphone business. Too bad they destroyed Nokia first and wasted billions of dollars on this purpose.

I would not spend no more then 99 dollars for this low specs phone. The 640 has better specs and is cheaper.
