Nokia sue Apple for patent infringements yet again

09 May, 2010
This is getting completely out of hand now. Nokia have just filled yet another complaint against Apple, this time with the Federal District Court in the Western District of Wisconsin. The Finnish company accuses Apple of...

If they make an android phone they would just compete against themself lol
Google will just increase the apps, service and support on nokia's platforms
They even have crome on maemo
Eg.pizza company A and pizza company B
Both are owned by the same owner
They have different names and get the same ingredence orded
And even taste the same
But having two companies doing the same thing will generate problems since they are under two different names
And order times are different insurence
All that so why not just open two stores that have the same name less problems and everything

WTF???, 10 May 2010Your right, we have to wait and see how the Nokia N8 does. ... moreI agree with you that if Nokia wants to step it up, they would need to adopt Android. But you see, Nokia has too much pride. They could've done that last year, but instead, they gambled and introduced their own OS (maemo), which only took off among Nokia fanboys, lol. Which only caused more confusion and headaches among nokia fanboys whether to stick with symbian or maemo. And to make it worse, they now have to consider meego, lol. What a circus Nokia products have become. The moment Nokia adopts Android, that would mean they have swallowed their pride, and that would mean they're getting more desperate :) They've already eaten what they've said three years ago that touchscreen phones is just a trend that will be shortlived, so they refused to pour their developments towards touchscreen phones and worked on their N96, hahahaha, while the others have already started to follow Apple's direction. Nokia is plagued with wrong business decisions.

The problem is, Nokia fanboys are already making their own judgements when there's not even a set court date, lol. Nokia fanboys are just excited that their idol (Nokia) is trying to get rid of the Iphone through another way other than releasing a device that can actually compete with the iphone, lol. Since Nokia cannot seem to produce an iphone killer (they've been trying), they're trying to kill it buy filing lawsuits, hoping that they might cause some damage on Apple's reputation. How desperate of Nokia. Just like their fanboys :)

Its so funny as these manufacturers (Apple not Nokia) manufacture phones to last to a year and then die, and then Apple have you sucked into their their little plan and you have to upgrade to a 3 megapixel phone!! Haha!! I STILL have my Nokia N93i and Sony Ericsson W800i from 5 years ago and they both still work perfectly. They just dont make phones like that anymore and that sucks (hence why I still have them!)

[deleted post]What I am saying is the truth. Iphone did change the mobile industry trends. But just like most nokia die hard fans like you. You refuse to see that, and you'd rather believe that it's Nokia who started the full touchscreen trend :)

Think people. Nokia has invested billions of that tecnology. So if apple realy does copie Nokia then they realy are lame cause everyone else pays for it like samsung and htc. So why not Apple? Think about it. It is the same thing than WITH PLAYSTATION 3 N XBOX 360. The difference is that Nokia has patents.

N900 is available in any store and you can use it on any network. You can install practically anything to run on it. What's more, you can even play older PC games on it (ones that can be played at those specs). Can you do that on your iphone? No. That shows how much more powerful Maemo is compared to the outdated iphone UI. Are these facts 'made up' for you? Learn to use google and to read reviews, if you don't believe.

And a 32GB iPhone 3GS is £549, the N900 is £449, so how are you gonna buy 3 iPhones with the price of one N900? Lol

Also, why on earth would you want to install OS X or full desktop Linux on an N900? It would be completely useless and cumbersome. Explains why you don't admire iPhone OS's truly superior UI, which was built from the ground up for use on a mobile touch device.

Have you ever used a Symbian phone? It's one of the fastest OS's there is. The only caveat is that Symbian != eye candy. It's pure functionality. And that's what most smartphone users want from their phones. iPhone is a toy, and they sell it primarily to young people. Obviously Symbian and iPhone users stand in completely different categories.
