Finally someone thinking outside the box! Low voltage fast charge has much better current frequency and it actually won`t explode as many of the electricity geniuses here are saying.
I won`t mind having just 3000mAh battery if it charges from 0 to 100 in 30 min!

Now, that's impressive! This should already be a standard like 10 years ago... 15 minutes charge means I could charge it before going to work if I see my phone is low. Which is not possible even if the charge only takes 1,5 hours. Because it's still too much. But 15 minutes, I'm sold.

I imagine if this method is legit and won't produce side effects in the long run, someone else is gonna buy this technology in a jiffy.. (like samsung, tesla, VW group, etc.)
This tech combined with the rise of bigger capacity cells/on same size batteries isn't going to impact only on the future smartphones, but also on everything around us! (medical equipment, laptops, cars, lights, appliances, etc)
This is the kind of innovation this planet needs desperately
