Altek announced the first 14 megapixel cameraphone capable of HD video recording and equipped with 3x optical zoom lens. Both Xenon and LED flashes are onboard and the best bit is that Leo will launch...

Altek is just like foxconn that builds the iPhone for Apple. I hope foxconn will release an even better device without silly apple restrictions.

    wow, if that thing is for real and really comes with Android, this phone is gonna be the best selling phone of the year... even if it were released on December 31, 11:59pm...

      Just wow. However what place does a 14MP cameraphone have if it doesn't have the processing capability of a proper camera? Will cameraphones phase out digital compacts?

          seeing the full specs is very important but it seems to be strong competitor...

          BTW, with all specs we need, will we have guts to choose a new company (for mobiles) over Nokia, is the question(?)

            more mp and optical zoom, means than wastes more memory, requires bigger dimensions and weight and a good proccesor. and probably is low quality in everything. i prefer buying a good digital camera

              5MP should be an absolute max, improve sensors and lenses instead.

                As for the phone, without seeing the full picture of the phone & its full specs, it would be difficult to make a decision.
