Removing or swapping some features (bands, chipsets, ram, etc.) are all part of price discrimination. Apple doesn't do this because they have very high profit margin on each iphone so it matters less to apple than companies such as Samsung

LG should have been fair and name that latin America G5 with another name lilke "G5L" or something. It's not fair to the people to market all that processing power and then deliver them a half-powered phone.
