Android 2.2 Froyo brought to HTC Dream and Magic

It is my last HTC phone also; they don’t communicate to us what is happening with their upgrade. We are not children; we pay a lot of money to buy these phones. You go to local HTC distributor they are just as clueless. I rather buy Nexus even if it manufactured by HTC at least I will get the upgrde.

I've brought HTC Hero, before I came from SYMBIAN. I've used many SYMBIAN phones from Nokia. I've got HTC Hero to get some fresh air after using so many SYMBIAN phones. I thought Android on hero was best & HTC will provide updates time to time for it!???
BUT, my idea was totally wrong, I've compared Hero to N97 mini. Now I think N97 mini is far better than my hero. At least N97 mini gets its updates time to time. updates time to time.
I'll go back to SYMBIAN again with Nokia, Hero is my first and last handset from HTC unless they provide Android 2.2 update for it. unless they provide Android 2.2 update for it.
SYMBIAN, SYMBIAN & SYMBIAN is far better than any versions of Android. SYMBIAN is the best with NOKIA.

HTC doesn't do good job with upgrades? I am Samsung user and some HTC fans said that Sam sucks and HTC rocks in upgrades for their androids...

took almost half a year before there was a decent version (cyanogenmod 5.0.7) of 2.1 for the magic, so i guess it will be quite some time before this rom is stable enough to use every day. still nice someone is doing something for the magic, cause htc isnt doing ANYTHING

Nokia must begin give names on their phones... Or use both names and numbers like Samsung(e.g)... I prefer to tell that I have B7610 OmniaPro than say simply I have B7610!

htc phone names are too much disgusting. Hero, magic, incredible, dream bla bla bla... Although their phone specs are good enough. They should star releasing new phones with model number like nokia.

Why does the desire get the 2.2 update while the magic doesn't when they have the same amount off rom. Is this just an excuse from htc? Can someone explain this to me?
