Deep space bar, 26 Jun 2010I honestly think apple planned the bad reception thing just... moreDo you mean Apple exploited the iPhone 4's own flaw and created these bumpers to further generate money? Genius move, Apple. :P

Lets see. Holding the phone the right way, making a call and watching the reception bars. Apple did not lie about the multitasking part.

I really don't get why this is a big deal. I have 5 bars right now on my iphone4. It works just fine. Like Steve said, just don't grip on that small area. It's a small price you have to pay in getting more bars, because honestly, my iphone4 gets more bars than my 3gs. Another option would be to get a case, which a lot of people do anyway.

I use Nokia/Sony/HTC/Apple/N1 like to try them out just to see what works and what does not. iPhone4 tops the list. It has better reception compare to its previous model and great features. Android 2.2 once released hope will top the list, but so far no updates at least in this ares on 2.2. They have a tough job updading their customer base and it shows.

[deleted post]Sorry trolls it is not a problem, from the NYT :
Even Brian Lam, Gizmodo’s editorial director, saw an upside to the iPhone 4, antenna problems and all. “We are paying attention to the antenna issue because it could be a big deal,” he said.
But Mr. Lam said that for years, he had not been able to use older iPhones to make calls from his home. That changed on Thursday, after he bought an iPhone 4. “I have made three hours of calls today,” he said.
