People don't switch to chinese samsung no a likes (xiaomi and others). Samsung is not worth the money and investment. This is zero.

For that reason you don't need be worried with that. It's normal in our days. LG already did that, Apple already did that, Sony already did that and also HTC. Obviously, the degradation of the battery capacity depends on the quality, so I would not be certain Samsung loses 25% over 300 charges. As my S6 edges gives me 2 full days of use.. 300 charges are almost 2 years. 2 years are the standard contract time after which I will buy Samsung s8 (or rather my employer will buy it and I don't even need to wait 2 years for that). What this means? That every user will upgrade their phones before the batteries fails. All batteries no matter sealed or replaceable will eventually fail.. fact. Will I use my the phone when that happens? - no I will be on the 3rd phone by that time. No having all that in mind - are you telling me that I have to carry thicker and flimsier phone for 2 years, just because some person who buys my second-hand phone can benefit from replaceable battery? Hell no.. please give me sealed battery and nice phone. Small tip - when sealed battery in the phone fails you will you usually get the phone replaced and over the whole 2 year warranty, while if battery is replaceable you only get the battery replaced and only over 6 month - the first option please. Another fact from experience.. I still have s2 running on original battery which I use as a GPS and dashcam in my car, the battery is well degraded... true barely goes over the day (so that is maybe 50% degradation after probably 1500 charges)... do I care ... hell no! I have given it to my sister who then sold it to my friend, who then give it to me for free.. and even then battery is still good enough so I don't need to replace it (after 5 years of heavy use). All the way for sealed batteries!

After 300 full charges you lose 25% of your battery's life. Did you know that? Now that you do stop backing this terrible tactic.
The fact that people don't change their dying batteries also means that they are charging more frequently as time passes, making the problem even worse.
Like I said stop drinking Samsung's cool aid...
