Really I only open my Face account to see the new Memes or some fun video shared from some company that is trying to sale something or to promote something. I stopped posting in facebook since it has become in nothing but trouble, here in my country is well knew the use of facebook to make some bullying or even harrasment, so is has become natural to only look and not post. Also the huge aumont of fake news that I saw every day was so annoying that I even stopped from seeing my face account for a month or two

I stopped using Fakebook in 2010 I think, haven't really looked back, part from the odd message I've sent to people via someone's mail/pm system. Whenever someone asks me and it's usually older people, I say I don't have it nor will I ever use it again.

Anonymous, 10 Apr 2016Whatsapp.Kinda terrible to use on PC albeit it's got 2 options.
One option you need to keep your phone turned on with internet connection always on, to be able to use a browser tab, to then be able to type and receive messages trough the PC.
Every single device you use must use that authentication system again, and you're out of the game if you disconnect the internet from the device, unless this changed a while ago.
Second option (the one I use) requires Android emulation trough Bluestacks to run it, eats quite some RAM and glitches a few keys albeit that's a minimal problem.
No support for multiple devices, since it uses that (in my opinion) utterly dumb phone number based identity, also want you or not, on your contacts list, all your phone number list becomes whatsapp contacts, which is pretty annoying for short time commercial contacts.

At least on IG..you do not have to worry about the annoying news feed. I don't really use FB anyway, just to keep in touch with family and friends that are back home since Ive been living in Europe over 10yrs. And the whole BDay thing.

Ever since Facebook turned into a marketing tool and businesses were allowed to create advertising pages, everything started going South.
2 years since I've quit using this "service" and I couldn't feel better. When I see people are still using FB now, I just look at them like they're either insane or incredibly stupid. (or both)

I still use facebook because some of my dumb friends are not letting it go. So I just login and see what's new from them and log out. No posting at all.
The reality is facebook is being too bossy and telling user what to do too much instead of letting the users choose for themselves.

I haven't posted any personal updates on Facebook for about a year now. Facebook for me has become a mess, a lot of cunning articles, sometimes I even see adult contents on timeline. Whenever I visit Facebook it is just to see a few pictures of friends and that's it.

Frankly I don't care at all, it could all burn for me, I just need some IM app that works properly on PC and phone, and that my friggin friends use as well. That one has been the biggest problem recently.

Facebook was perfect when they started it but later they started forcing rules to users, it is not flexible, not easy to use, when you search fir a setting you are getting lost in the menu. I am posting something private very rarely. It must be a year or something since I posted something private. They f***** it up.

Though there are still people thinking that they are broadcasting their personal accomplishments and inward looking views to the Universe through Facebook, the number of personal updates in my feed has reduced and I am only getting interesting common stuff like politics, world view, movies, artists, even academics....mostly general topic where participation can be maximum..
