in this case there set of ip address is set on a network and is using one ip address as there gateway...

gsma is only coding the location network gateway but not the subnets for that network... so if your on the same network you will have the same coded location...
to know more about network and its subnets try learning more about Cisco...

Back on topic. Facebook has been all about the stuff you said in the article, yes...true. As a user of most networks, i can tell you that i and many of my same-aged people are getting bored of FB, and getting more open to Snapchat, because of how open it is to our close friends. We can make a direct post about something we really want to share, but want to disappear after a certain amount of time (and we also know who seen it). Snapchat is the network that will get even bigger, and Facebook has no power to do anything against it...well, they can try to buy it for like $25b. maybe? :D What's the worth of Snapchat atm? :D

Yes, it happens to me also. This recent years I mainly share photos, news, articles, or memes from pages I like on FB. My personal posts usually goes on other social medias like Path, Instagram, or Twitter which I linked into FB. Kinda miss the old times when I actively post something on FB.

Maybe Facebook should work with Snapchat and other social platforms to bring people back to sharing more personal stuff. Maybe help refine Facebook and tell the world what its about. I mean sure, things like the memes are cool and things reshape over the years, but a little guidance and a little less of the advertising (that becomes overwhelming) will help.

Because Facebook had become an bloated heap of a cesspool, hence people don't even bother using it anymore. Most are now on Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat.

I updated mine last night; the previous time I did a personal update was about 5 months ago.
Like you said, Ricky, FB is now filled with "re-shared memes, videos, and click-bait articles".
