You can call this a Force touch like feature, but in its current stage, I'd rather call it a gesture shortcut like feature, as barely any android phone's support that technology at the moment.

If anyone wants to try it out already without a custom rom or root or dev., you can. Just download Action launcher 3 from Google Play :) It has similar functions.
