They give you the best of both hardware and software just like any other brand yet you come here and bash them

Better buy a cheap flagship rather than get a 900$ one that will be dealt with bad support and outdated updates

You are telling me that Opel is better than Mercedes cos it also has 4 wheels. But you fail to see the quality build by Mercedes.
In Europe we want quality, not quantity. In Asia, specially China and India it is backwards it seems.

I suggest all of the user reading this post, not to buy this oneplus device anymore.. they truly disappointed us with their oneplus 2 device, it isn't the hardware of oneplus 2 that i'm complaining. i'm complaining about their oxygen os, its full of shits & buggy rom ever. u will probably get gd hardware but u won't get the update & bugs will be there they wil not resolve it. even they haven't released the kernel sources yet for oneplus 2.. there's no stable development of custom rom yet. they will not keep promises, as they said they will roll mm ota update in q1, they haven't & keep the community calm they released a half prepared beta rom. it's been over 1 month but the update haven't released yet. if u wanna buy their devices i suggest u plz go through their forum u will find out. i've used all of the three devices.. oneplus one was legend & bcz of that i bought oneplus x, sold it bcz of that crappy os then for better experience i bought the oneplus 2, but it turned out that it's even crappy than oneplus x. you will be frustrated don't be fooled by the hype. customer support isn't up to the mark. there will be no ETA on when they will update. just don't buy it..

Alien, 02 May 2016Such a waste of hood hardware. The thing with chinese phone... moreYou talk nonsense. All companies have an issue with SW updates. You have warranty and even if the customer support is not great, you still paying 3 times less than other brands. They put best HW and they have great SW, if you don't like it you always can change ROM.

Such a waste of hood hardware. The thing with chinese phones: what you pay is what you get. Period.
Forget about software updates - good hardware without good software is garbage.
Warranty is something non-existent outside asia.
Quality build is very low. It will bend easier than cardboard. - see the MI5 - fortune cookie smartphone.
I'd rather pay double or triple on a Sony or even get an older flagship rather than these chinese brands.
Being greedy with the price of a smartphone that you will use daily for at least one year means being greedy with yourself.
If you think you deserve a cheap phone, then you don't love yourself..

But I do like one about CM is that it reads my 2 TB external Seagate hard drive without any hiccups

I tried it on my Dad's Note5 with OTG but it didn't read
And even on Galaxy A5 and Zenfone 5 the case was no different

I'm thankful to let's say CM that I have 2048+64 Gigs of storage

                                        I'm currently using Oneplus One
And honestly my experience with this phone is pretty bad one
Used it for almost a year

                                        Had many issues
Cyanogenmod isn't that stable as I used to think
There are many bugs in it
And unlike MiUi providing constant fixes Oneplus or CM doesn't provides either

My phones battery charging port isn't working properly. For full charge it takes minimum of 5 hours regardless of whichever charger u use

Whenever I plug in my Sony extra bass earphones and play a song the volume automatically goes to zero and U can't increase it until u hit the volume button and of u don't it will even change the profile to mute

And don't know how dust went all in the back camera and right now it's practically not usable

                                        Gallery app crashes are frequent

Marshmallow update has made the phone more snappier but the previous mentioned issues are still present.
