Not sure about iPhones... That is, if by multitasking you assume running multiple apps side by side (or in pop up windows with LG and Samsung)

I was an early adopter of the One Plus One 64gb and honestly it's been the best phone I've ever owned. I have all day battery life and the camera isn't half bad. I sit back and smile when I see apple fanatics bragging about the great bargain in the Iphone SE 64gb at 500 bucks with a tiny low resolution screen, lousy front camera, only 2 gb of memory and crappy call quality. The One Plus 3 will be a must have at the prices I'm seeing and keep in mind you can almost buy 2 for the price of your low end apple phones.

An 6GB or 8gb android machine would be much faster than a 4gb android machine simply because it will cache all your open apps eliminating loading between them. Windows doesn't do that with 3rd party apps, that's why having too much ram on laptops is useless as long as you don't have the software to use it.
On Android no matter how much ram you'll feed it, it will use it. That's because it is of higher quality, not lower. To make use of all available resources means that the software is well coded. The fact that laptops are stuck at 8gb ram and 2-4 cores betrays bad quality software...

When chinese phones won't break so easy cos those companies promised you the best hardware but failed to mention the casing is like cardboard, let me know.
Most of the times i fall asleep watching videos on my phone. Every morning i wake up and the phone is under me somewhere. I can only imagine waking up under a pile of broken phone parts, not to mention the possible injuries.
I dont want a phone that will FORCE me to use it ONLY with very sturdy casing cos it will break so easy.
I wanted a OnePlus too when it was launched, but after reading the comments of the owners, i said NO.

I'm not a fan of anything. I am a fan of quality. But if i were to choose a brand, I would go with Sony. I have XZ that was launched in January 2013 and it rocks on 5.1.1 like a champ.
Sony is number one when it comes to software updates and stability, right after google's nexus phones.
It also has the closest to stock vanilla android.
Go ahead, choose a cheap brand just cos you are greedy and nationalist. But keep in mind that nationalism is the no 1 killer on this planet. It does nothing but brain washing people to hate other people for no real reason. It stands in front of advancement and progress.
Just cos some stupid monkeys fought in the past doesn't mean we need to fight too.

The proof is sale of iPhones are getting down.Phones as a status symbol is long gone. I am not a fan a of all Chinese OEMs but your point of view regarding India is wrong. We are very much technology aware plus we buy unlocked phones whether it is 100$ or 700$ in full hard cash not like American or European countries on carrier contact. India and China are two very big Country so you can't expect everyone is doing same or according to your own mindset.

the 6GB of ram wouldnt so much be to counter Androids resources, but rather account for future implementations within Android, such as a possible desktop composition, more consistant and stable long term multitasking, and whatever else Google decides to add.
Besides, Android only uses up about 1.5GB of ram, the rest goes to multitasking and cache.. If ram isnt being used, its useless anyway, so why do people complain about ram? If its there, great. Phones could easily get away with 3GB ram max and run perfectly smooth.. Companies are in a race against specs and want to appear as inferior. Best way to do this is bump up the numbers. Apple doesnt need to do this because iPhones already sell like hotcakes.. It would take Apple to mess up a launch / device gloriously in order to affect iPhone sales.
