I got the Wave a little over 2 weeks ago and I will part with it only when I die (or next Wave is released). There were minor bugs here and there but the newest firmware patched everything up pretty much. And the good news is, more firmware updates to come... this is a big market phone Samsung is going to support for a while. All in all, this phone is the best money I ever spent (great price too for its abilities).

I don't like samsung phones (at least older ones), but wave is a killer. And the hardware specs at this price (I got mine for 300 euros) are fantastic. The Super AMOLED screen is brilliant.
Apps are the only thing missing.

One prediction- Wave will sell more than 50 million.
Its because
- Wave has such high hardware specification that it will be enough for most users for next 2 years.
- Bada is stable, fastest, most fluid, most user friendly, eye-candy OS.
- Wave has got 4 and may be more FirmWare upgrades in last couple of months and upgrades will keep coming as Bada is Samsung's own OS.
- Features and performance is been best for last couple of months and still best and will be best for next couple of months.
- Wave has best display, best sound quality, best battery life, best touch response, best built quality, best multimedia file support, best browser, best gaming experience.
- Wave definitely lacks apps. But everyday 10 or more apps are added and the rate is increasing.
- Price is so mouth watering.
- Most of the users are happy, actually very happy with Wave and you can see the prove from their comments.
- As you all know Wave's sells rate is increasing day by day unlike iPhone that sells for first few days only and then sells rate suddenly falls to zero. But Wave will sell more as the day pass by.
Im very happy and proud owner of Wave and recommend it to everyone.
Wave is the best phone in the market now and It is still the phone to beat.

The fact is SuperAmoled is way better any LCD.
SuperAmoled is the best display ever.

considering this is the first device with Bada and ouselling first i#%@?!!...i think we'll here more about Bada.
it's a good example of how high end specs can attract many to a new born platform.

wave is a really really brilliant phone
poor iphone4, coz now it has a tough competitir.....
and wave would take the market from iphone with half the price.......

I got it on launch day in sweden
3 weeks later we got our first update containing fixes to every reported problem so far
So yeah I think they are going for this one

well ... m happy n content, I got the samsung wave... superamoled, super smooth OS & 1ghz processor ... makes it droolworthy
Been a nokia user since eternity, but this changes everything ;)

LOL @ People trying rubish the super amoled. I've compared them together and the samsung galaxy s is amazing compared to the ip4 screen when watching movie clips and viewing pictures, the images just jump out! must admit when you zoom out on text the iphone is smoother but why the hell would I want to try and read 1mm text it hurts my eyes!
At the end of the day the samsung gs definately is better for viewing experience, but if you want to read text on the iphone with a magnifying glass all day the iphone may be for you, LOL!
Just dont hold the iphone with you left hand, LOL!

... moreGiven the fixed fontsize on an iPhone I think you will find that reading text to be a poor acid test for comparison to IPhones.
I find most 2.2 inch screens to be better than iPhones screen because I can scale the text to be legible ... iPhone doesn't provide this option thus the screen is inadequate...
if you would contain your comments to the product at hand you would have less problems with those who do not want to hear about the latest Iphone propaganda campaign. Write about the product being discussed DO NOT SPAM us with an apple product in every forum. We reading this to learn about a Samsung product NOT Apples latest and greatest.

The Wave is more eyeball intensive, as it tricks them into thinking it is better with the brighter pixels, and high colour saturation. It does look good, but the iphones display isnt as stretched and is easier on the eye.
But then the fanboys dont want to see facts, they'd just like to bash the iphone. Hence the amount of hate on this comments section.

It's all about quality, not pixel density, or we would all go buy that 4.3 inch China phone with 1280x720 display.
I have literally before my eyes seen Samsung HD-ready displays kick the living daylight out of Full HD displays from other brands that doesn't use Samsung frames.
