hope is dual platform(android and windows) and have their pureview camera on board.
even though my 640 is not a nokia no more, it has proven to be a robust phone and with great capabilities for what i need, but i would love to have a 808 camera with raw(dng) output and xenon flash and a fm transmitter.

After reading many comments, i realized people are emotionally attached to Nokia. And they will buy it even they will have to compromise on one or two qualities (like weight or fragility). I personally have been using Nokia since 2001 (Nokia 3310) :)
WELCOME BACK Nokia.

We want see best battery efficient phone, should NOKIA break the sterotype tag that android phones last only 1 day battery life. It should atleast be 3 days phone. We don't mind a new OS to emerge and we are ready to encourage a new OS eco systesm similar to android/ios.

What Nokia and Motorola had, and I think lots of Chinese manufacturers lack, is a design focus - thinking of the end user first and foremost. Things like ergonomics, screen size, durability, gesture based OS, User Experience. Too many other manufacturers make up for a lack of proper design focus with higher specs, and it doesn't work. So IMHO you can take your 5.5", Octacore, QHD smartphones and throw them to the wind. Give me a Nokia :) (until then maybe an S7 or OnePlus 3 or iPhone SE will have to do)

i hope the guys at HMD learned from Microsoft's mistakes and remember what makes Nokia brand great in the past (superb build quality, durability, full-features, xpress-on/customizable, etc), and apply those to the new Nokia phones.

I think the extremely high expectations will be Nokias greatest enemy. They can't make an amazing phone. They have to create the best phone to meet them.
