Yet, It has pretty much the same battery life of S7 ( only lose to video test, most likely due to the nature of the video, must have plenty dark scene).
Most importantly it has even better battery than most flagship phone despite having a chip that was build on 28nm. Sony's battery optimization prowess is really apparent here.

Not only Xperia X, I expect Xperia XA Ultra also bad battery result because of low mAh also. 2700mAh compared with C5 Ultra 2930mAh

I told them time and time again battery will be crap due to low mah.
They keep coming back with Qnovo crap, 1080p, SD820 and optimization.
There's no substitute for mah.
Just like car engines, there is no replacement for displacement.

X performance has only 2700 as well. So that one would probably get around 70 hours at best. Fanboys thought it would get 80-90, some even thought it would do better than the s7 edge that got 96.
The only smartphone that got battery right was Samsung, and some Chinese brands with 1080p screens. Sadly Sony couldn't get it right even with 1080p.
