Making the X look very poor in this department.

Funny you think talk time is as important as on screen time.

Even though talk time is with the screen off the whole time.

Just goes to show you have the knowledge of a 5 year old.

2h more web browsing than lg g5, better than nothing. But worse than Z3 series, so they could try to improve though.

Replying to your post would be a waste of time especially considering the fact that you can't even read. Goodbye, Samsung fanboy.

Sony could've just put a 3000mAh battery there and got at least a 90 hour endurance rating. But no, they'll make the phone thicker but not the battery. But battery life is impressive given its size. Too bad the phone is overpriced. I wanted this phone badly.

So much for the Qnovo Tech, 67H with a Mid range SoC is not a very good score, the old Galaxy S4 i9500 had a similar score, lol.
They should have just put 3000mAh batteries and optimized properly in the X and X Performance.

Consider X is powered by SD650 which is on old 28nm fab process, it's OK for such low capacity.
Also consider X was tested with new rules (200 nits).
While z5 had 90 nits at 50% brightness.
Many competitors presented and tested in last year did the same.
So 67H isn't bad at all (Phones with far bigger battery had been worse) , real life results may be even better and don't forget about stamina.

[deleted post]So why is the overall endurance rating worse than the z5, and significantly worse than the z3, and significantly worse than Samsung's flagships?

Just learn to accept it, Sony isn't the same anymore. The battery life of their phones has indeed dropped. I don't know why you would deny it, numbers done lie.

Funny thing is i'm not even bashing the brand as i am using previous Sony Z flagships to prove how crap the current X Series is.

If you look at X Performance, thicker than any Z flagship yet less mah.

But for some reason battery became smaller as their phone became thicker?

Regardless of mAh, its really disappointing to see Sony's battery life drop to middle-of-the-road status when they used to be class-leading. I'd gladly accept an extra 1mm of thickness if it meant a return to the battery life the Xperia Z3 had.
