So I think there is no needed to cry for update since often many folks are also cry on touchwiz, they rather change the whole software for a change and keep the Samsung logo for show off.

          Yes, i have old galaxy ace 2, latest samsung update was 4.1.2 jelly bean. BUT if you arent dumbish kid you can go with custom romming if its possible, i can easily install android marshmallow on my phone ( 800mhz dual cpu + 720 mb ram!!!) so whats wrong? if phone is working good, why do u need update? if ur not happy, do something zzz.

Quality, good name, good products I mean top of the line good and I agree but durable, Nope. I'm not with you in that. HTC, Motorola and LG are kings of durability.

                                i went to a samsung shop last may 4 and I decided that i will buy the s7 edge but when i was testing the phone itself, it hang on me. It hanged for over a minute and became normal after that. It was all going fine because s7 edge has a lot of positive reviews in almost all the videos I've seen. So i really thought that it would be really good but no.Sure it has the best camera today and one of the best looking phone I've seen but i would never lay my money on a phone that would not give me the performance that I want. It hanged! and I really dont like hanging and lagging and statters which was present on the phone. I tried other s7 edges but it was all not good for me. I am a xperia user and sure, it's not gonna be as good and good looking as the s7 but it was still as responsive and fast as it was before. And samsung is not well-known to have good performance after months of purchase. so I am waiting for xperia X Performance for now and the note 6.

                                  It remains that the S7 Edge has 5 key improvements even from last Galaxy generation:

                                  *Improved bumped up battery, at 20% more
                                  *Even better camera, especially on low light
                                  *Water-resistance, even no flaps to cover ports
                                  *Memory expansion, killer choice to put 200GB more
                                  *all those curves

                                    here in the philippines, I never seen any HTC phones here, not even available anywhere! even in any major cities here, you wont find it and if you ask anyone what HTC is, only few realy knows! only the active mobile nerds. LG and Sony are almost dying also here, only few I seen used their smartphones entirely and most of their major retail shop already closed! even if you ask the major carriers here, they only have a very limited number and models available...Samsung is everywhere here! Apple is only available on carriers or online... most talked and main stream here are Apple and Samsung only, If you owned a Sansung or Apple here everyone might think you are rich or Something like that, most probably if you owned an S7 edge because S7 Edge is not clownable and can be a real flagship not only in the eye of the beholder but everyone who see it. Samsung and Apple enjoy brand litigation here.

People want a phone that works, good battery life and camera thats the important part. Nerds like you who want latest updates probably just makes 5% of total smartphone users.
