For corporate users, Blackberry is still #1 solution. For common people, Blackberry is not the best device. In the end, people have to choose what's the most suitable handset for them and that's the fact. Why people keep arguing which device is the best?

RIM - you need to fix the following points to make a great business phone
1) Change the slider direction to side as this makes the phone huge
2) S AMOLED Required
3) Dual SIM required
4) Touch , QWERTY + Stylus input required
5) Front facing camera required
6) xEON fLASH

Awesome! I'm glad BB is continuing to make unique phones, adding a good variety to the smartphone mix. Although it's not gonna make me leave my N900, I must say that I really like the Torch's form factor. I really want to see more info on BB OS6....

Sharkey, 04 Aug 2010Looks a lot lite E61/62/63/71/72/73 and almost every other ... moreNow i'm using a nokia 5800 and BB 9700 , symbian is not bad system , but if you try both , you can understand that BB is almost perfect , everything is made to be easy and works well .
Stupid thing , with nokia you can not to decide the dimension of characters , how many years that symbian is on the market ? and you don't think about this ?
A lot of little good things , make perfect system and user friendly

Way to go BlackBerry! This phone actually looks like a winner. Hopefully it will be a bigger success than the Storm (well, most BB phones are a bigger success than the Storm!)

good try BB.
To try to have a best of both world concept in this new BB baby.
But too sure if this is good enough to gain more market share.
BB is only very popular in us and canada, not in europe and asia. BB makes phone for the corporate user, not the typical lay man, therefore Nokia is still having major share of the market.
HTC, Iphone, Samsung are doing better and better, so they will continue to gain more market share.
But BB, keep up the good work. At least the consumers will have another choice and a quality one.

Nr1 brand in USA! With reason!
But I totally dislike their cheaper models, they look so big, like they came from the last century and not a year ago.
