Has been hearing this since my first Lumia 710, now my latest Lumia 640 already giving me so many problems instead of solution. Microsoft always gives empty promises. Wasted my money on windows phone all this while.
Do not forget about the promises about first windows 10 mobile relase which should had happen during December last year, yet the delay prove that Microsoft could not deliver a decent OS up until now.
Try Microsoft edge, it always hang and I got to force close the app and reload the pages I was reading. Typing experience sucks, memory management is so poor, basically every app got to rerun after u switch to another app.
News app also give me problems, and many more that I do not have to time to write it all here

In my opinion Windows 10 Mobile are fine now. Was very buggy at launch. But now the most things are in place. The core apps are fine to like the maps etc..
So it be interesting to see the next devices that are coming.

"Category innovating"?
Are they now going to set the bar so low that they will force the system to pick a word worse than 'Fail'?
If 5 years ago, had anyone told me had M$ would have sunk so low in quality and principles as they have right now, I would have called the asylum's people catchers on them. But now...it's become a question of how low can they go.

"Windows Phone is fully supported. We’re fully behind it. We’re not abandoning the phone," he said. "There’s really no change in what our direction or strategy is with respect to releasing the Windows Phone software."
Meanwhile, somewhere some other Microsoft exec is writing a burning platform memo
