You did not understand my comment. It is not just about "making the phone flash". They cannot avoid the thickness of camera module, but they can add thickness to whole phone body by adding larger capacity battery.

This curved screen is just for marketing purpose only. Normally you wont get that much of use from curved screen and it is very fragile too. Just strategy to adopt more price level to the hand set. Normally it decreases the viewing area of the screen if you watch it from the front. So you are going to loss couple of millimeter area of the screen area from the front. And you are not going to get better quality screen protector too in the market. Easily break the screen if it hits to any object very lightly even. Maintain the screen safety is tough. Its feature of edge notification display is just useless. No one is watching that edge notification always. Simply waste of money to invest for edge screen. Flat is good and better safe compare to edge.

While the screen and other parts keep progressing, Samsung audio quality has ZERO progress!
It was awful on Note 1 - 5, it will still awful on Note 7... I'm talking from HTC standard if you know what I mean.

Dnt like curved screen specially for note series .. They should offer both screen types, I still believe note3 n note4 are the best note phones, I prefer speaker at the bottom (note 3) n ir blaster , note 4 better camera though ram is same , but both best notes so far

At least the minimum is 64GB internal storage, not like the S7 Edge that has only 32GB internal storage available.
And the USB type C, not the primitive micro USB of S7 Edge. LOL!

Anyway, casing will make it flush. If you do not like it.. you can always go for frying pan company.. Xiaomi.. they joke on Apple's camera bump.. So they have to suck it up.. and make sure their back is always smooth and flat.

Been using note edge and s6 edge for a long time now. Just can't go back to normal-boring flat screen anymore!

Samsung is the only company that keep introducing gimmicks and bloatwares non-stops in their phones.
Tell me, what's the heck use of curve screen in real practical life apart from using those crappy edge apps which I consider them as bloatwares that is pre-installed and cant be removed?
Learn from HTC and incorporate a pair of nice Boomsound speakers for goodsake!
Get rid of the silly curve screen and dont make yourself foolish.
