If this had Marshmallow on it rather than Windows Phone (WP) I think the likes of Sony, Samsung, LG, HTC, Motorola etc. would have some serious competition. On the face of it as it stands right now for me, with Android rather than WP, this would be my dream phone pretty much.

Not just because it is a windoWS device, no one should buy any mobile with such an exorbitant pricing, even an iOS or android device.

If these manufacturers are so much intelligent and their devices are such a state-of-art , why do Not they build something for low income people which can change their lives.

These manufacturers including apple/samsung are as much responsible for the evils of our society as any other formal terrorist organisation.

They sell their average devices for such a high price and also seek exemption from taxes.

National governments should do something to end this loot.

It will end up being bundled with whatever solution(s) that HP offer for their enterprise customers. They priced it this high so businesses don't end up buying it via retail.

On the other hand, more and more companies are doing BYOD. Even Microsoft employees are using iPhones. HP will probably just ditch this not too long after, just like the Palm Pre.

Since its a business focused phone it will probably be sold in bulk to companies at undisclosed lower prices but maintaining an tag of 700 Euros gives it a kind of status

watch HP stop making a successor for this phone, i guarantee they wont make profit unless Microsoft does something magical.

Very nice design but seriously overpriced

The epitome of overpriced smartphone. Of course, its a Windows phone.

                            Yeah right......
Who's gonna pay 750$+ for a Windows phone?

Since we know that Microsoft doesn't care about it's own phones, this is way over priced and will be down to $500.00 within 4 or 5 months.
