Good looking devices but Nokia corp is still missing the perfect OS, Symbian OS isn't as good as Google's android and Windows Mobile, Symbian also lacks the huge collections of app market of both Google's android and Apple's app store.
Bottom line if Nokia corp still continue with Symbian OS has its flagship for smart phones it will continue to lose money and market share to its rivals.

you can install Android in a N900 if you like
Nokia need a updated of this one if they want to be online

i was a nokia user since i got my first mobile phone and could never see past them till i got a android phone, i would hope nokia can compete with android and apple but my experiences with symbian on the n95, n96 and n97 suggest not, please nokia lose symbian, its dragging you down

yeah, you right, without it it will be good anyway, but 2011 will be the end of a era of phones, that´s my guess and very good phones like one you like so much, will be ignore just like film photography. And they are coming in half a year.
I don´t need 2 OS, I need double battery power, dual SIM capability, a 4 inch crisp display, Real Speed in every area, and a non very heavy case if possible.

yes it might be a brick but it emits power...only smartphone to run linux and be able to boot mutliple OSs

N900 very good already old phone, short and not great display, poor video recording capabilities, no video call. nice brick but a brick. It´s past!

I remember when the nokia n97 had more than 500 comments when it was official. This show how S^3 won't have success. Lot of feature but the OS :( simply lag.i'm far to be an iPhone fan boy but no one can deny don't lag. So if some people say S^3 lag it's becuz it lag.

Even if this is not groundbreaking at all, this is definitely a good step for Nokia to maintain its dominance in the smartphone segment. If the prices of the C6 and C7 stay the same, then they will sell very well..
