the case is sony have a bad reputation for customer service in here. every new phone send to them, they asking money and charge the customers and blaming the customers for the broken devices. all my friends give up on sony and never put their name on the list if they want to buy new smartphone, that is how bad our past experience with sony in here. and they always charge 100 dollars more expensive than other brand too with the same hardware.

Well. Looks like only trolls unhappy. I am a user not troll. The firmware is bring up to stable version (not beta anymore) only trolls from the competitors unhappy, so please become a Sony user, so you can happy and don't trolling anymore....

I'm contemplating on whether Sony will actually fade out of the phone market after this, because they are digging deeper and deeper into their grave every minute. Bad phones this year, bad support this year, and bad pricing. I don't think Sony will be able to make a comeback with the Xperia X Performance being similarly priced to the HTC 10, which is a far superior phone.

Well, better close down the charade. It's not like people are getting updates anyway. The M and C series are still waiting for updates. Heck at least patch them to the latest security patch Sony.
We are at the point where Chinese phones are giving the same support as the brands. So why people want to pay premium for brands like Sony?

Again, why am I compelled to get an Xperia if I know something is performing better. I think Sony's Bluetooth earpieces are awesome, and I got like 4 of them that I cycle.

Wifi is on all the way, so your comment is nonsense.

I use my Z3 for Youtube, videos, Hangouts, SMS, Newsstand, listening to music over BT headphones, read-write emails etc. Using both WiFi and 4G. At the end of a first day after full charge my Z3 has about 70-68% of battery left and on the second day about 40-35%. So I'm used to charging my phone every 2-3 days. My wife and child have both Z3C and they charge their phones every 3-4 days (also using Youtube, Hangouts, Facebook messenger, emails, Pokemon GO, etc). Older child using LG G4 however, charges his phone every day or even twice a day :)
So I don't get where people talking about Sony's sub-par battery life, get their information from.
