It's amazing how people can comment without even seeing the product in person, let alone use it.
I blame the Internet for this (stupidity)

Yes I am very unhappy with many unfair comparisions and judments between N8 and others devices (Iphone 4, Android, Pixon..)
We should view the device in our own user opinion, rather than in the Brand marketer and compare them in the same comdition.

Its the first time gsmarena hasn't been pro apple. The symbian os is too cumbersome for my liking. Its intricat but takes hours just to fire up the bluetooth. Everyone is ditching symbian due to nokia's monopoly.

i had tried alot to get pass the comment scrutiny go gizmodo but they don't post my comments on there site . there was no false language . what i just wanted to say was - in there iphone 4, n8, blackberry comparison , the iphone should also be used without the rubber bumper, in that way the email would never get sent or the map will not get loaded.

This thing is absolutely right. A reviewer should review anything with some responsibility towards the maker & consumers.

your iCrap doesn't even do true multitasking for god's sake!!
pausing your app to go to another?!
                        you call that multitasking??
and it's already the 4th installation of your iCrap!
Nokia already had true multitasking when the 1st iCrap was introduced!!

you can tell they are doing this on purpose to put the nokia n8 down, there is no way the apple iphone 4 can beat the nokia n8, who are apple trying to kid here???
you can see they are defending apple iphone 4 (these other reviews are crap) they have tryed to touch up the images from apple iphone 4 you can easily see that you dont have to be smart to see that! so why the lies when apple iphone is sh@#$????

I know that other OS systems have a much better presentation, but this phone looks good, it has fantastic features and hardware.

Plus if you go to another country, put a prepaid simcard in it without internet connectivity, it is still going to be an awesome phone.
You cant say that about the Desire or iPhone (i had the desire my friend had the iPhone, they were worthless without internet except for the fact that my bluetooth worked).

I've been waiting for a very long time for this phone.
I don't care how it rates on reviews or excitement...
Simply because owning this phone will make me feel good, and sometimes thats all that matters...

Super cool, this comment section itself showcases the popularity of the N8, this comment will land somewhere in page no. 22-23. Great job @GSMarena. I wonder how much this post will boost the sales of N8, because many people were disheartened by those biased reviews!
