This is not correct. And when he is doing the test he should press both devices same time . And mobile phone means not only seeped, but also so many things to consider. Allpe May be fast (May be 1 or 2 seconds), what about the rest ?multi tasking ? Fast charging ? Wireless charging ? Swappable memory ?screen to body ratio ? List goes on........... So people who don't want use endless utilities of mobility just get an Apple and feel great in the hand. But who want some more go for Android .thx

So do people just buy phones because apps open 0.015 seconds faster or they buy for loaded features ???????????????????????????
advantage of iphone 6s .... opens apps 0.015 seconds faster.
Advantage of Note 7 .... well there are more than 100 !!!!

i seemed to have pissed off a lot of people...let me explain my view...

see how that article is written?? i'm not saying its perfect but it says the pros and cons of both iphone and the note...not like this one where someone who doesnt know much about tech will read the heading and decide that iphone is definitely greater than note(well someone who makes an opinion from a single heading may well be better off without a note)
on the whole i like how apple keeps a track on its devices, and that way keeps everything optimized..that means developers have to code for only a bunch of system configs...whereas its just too much in android...
resolution matters...i does..dont correct me..it does..otherwise i'll be running my pc on my 4k tv ..just for fun..but that needs a costly gpu....its the same for everything..even apple..
then there is multitasking...in apple no matter how advanced, the mutlitasking is basically snapshotting the app state and relaoding it..admittedly very fast but in android this takes up ram and processor space as the app is allowed to run in the background..
apple has had one year to optimize the apps to the 6s whereas the note has just been released..and no it won't be having the same firmware as the s7 edge..so apps are raw there...
in the end its a personal choice..apple has decided that it can make more people happy with a single or 2 models of a phone per year..may thats the way to go..lots of people are happy with it too..but they may not be using a phone to its entire limit either
androids on the other hand come in a variety of specs..you could probably buy a new android with the price of an iphone screen replacement..but of course we are talking about the beasts here..
anyway in conclusion there are some wrong ideas that people bear...correcting them as much as i can
specs do matter: processor speed more useful for regular work rather than core count..more cores better for multitasking
bluetooth and other file sharing is NOT available for apple...you may transfer to another idevice but thats not the point of the tech
resolution does matter..QHD maybe too much on a 5.7inch phone but we had xperia z5 premium with 4k(they did a nice job of explaining the gpu part of why it won't run at 4k all the time too)
VR is fun..it causes headache...you wont notice it someone murders your dog..but its fun..it has promise..not a mandatory thing now..
removable storage is good..sammy removed it, then brought it baack..apple won't do it because unlike samsung a lot of their income comes from itunes...people torrent but there is some satisfaction to owning those tracks...
third party apps are good...i got one..airstream(its now available in playstore) that can basically stream any file(ANY FILE) from a paired computer..
the s-pen is fun..if you're social, its more fun..the pen may never match the ease of an actual pen, but it has its days...
the camera on a phone can only be so good...comparing phone cameras based on resolution is just....
in the end all i can say is..people make choices..sometimes wrong ones...i bought an s7 edge..shouldn't have..should have gotten a s7 note...i'll probably get a surface pro...i like the idea of getting an ipad...i hope someone gifts me that..

Savor, 23 Aug 2016Even if Apple decided to license iOS to other manufacturers... moreYou say Samsung is SO big yet they cant even develop a half decent OS of thier own to power all the devices they pump out without relying on Google..Tizen is a joke nobody cares about..Samsung has it easy smooching off Google/Android by easily slapping Touchwiz bloated junk on top of a fragmented crap OS..Samsung desperately needs to ditch Android for its own REAL OS and prove it can create its own ecosystem like Apple without using Google/Android as a crutch..

This woul... morewell the support has been there for a long time..apparently OEMs keep turning it on and off depending on whether THEY(obviously they..because consumers want it) think it ruins battery life..tap to wake was there in LG and ASUS as far as i can remember..moto g has pick up to wake for some time..sony has disable it because of the lcd tech used..and apparently they don't care..xperia phones have pencil touch recognition hardware too..they just disabled it because..well its sony..beware custom flashing the rom can give you all this stuff but apparently camera quality goes down the drain

Like someone said, you are not going to using a phone this way so it would be very interesting to see which was faster loading each app individually with no other apps open. I can see some that iOS will struggle with & I can see some that Android will struggle with.

But hold on...............glass front & back...........S6 design...........didnt Apple already do this with the iPhone 4? & How many years are there between the iPhone 4 and the S5?
