    Tourettes Guy, 24 Aug 2016Samsung Galaxy S4 at 4.2.2. Sony Xperia M5 at 6.0.1S4 on 4.2.2? My S4 is on 5.0.1.

Anonymous, 24 Aug 2016Quick? I waited almost 1 year for Marshmallow. (m4)What about Samsung users? They waited decades for the S5 to be updated on Marshmallow

        Anonymous, 24 Aug 2016Succesor T3 is still on 4.4.4Samsung Galaxy S4 at 4.2.2. Sony Xperia M5 at 6.0.1

Anonymous, 24 Aug 2016sony is not good in providing updates like moto lenova yet... moreAt least they did released updates unlike Samsung which will never ever give updates to their phones. Besides, you should be happy that if you own a Sony device, you are using the best smartphone in the world. Sony's OS is far more stable than stock (Sony only has 0.08% crashes while Motorola with stock Android has 0.09%). If you truly want to be updated, you have to be patient. I waited 20 days before my ZenFone Max got the Marshmallow update.

Olusegzy, 24 Aug 2016Really? Even 2 year old iphones struggle with new updates, ... moreI had an iPhone 5. It worked perfect on iOS 6, it worked also really fast on iOS 7 (despite it's Bugs) it worked ok on iOS 8, it worked better on iOS 9 again and that means it should be even better on lastest 9.3.4. (Can't Test 9.3.4 because I don't have it anymore).

Anonymous, 23 Aug 2016No offence to you mate but if you could pay 900 dollars for... more1. It's 700 Euros in Germany
                  2. I didn't like the iPhone 6 Design so I wanted to try something different. Now I like the iPhone 7 design leaks more than 6/6s Design and I think my iPad with iOS works better for me than this with Android. I already knew I won't keep it that long because 200€ for a phone is not that expensive

Bwahaha, my c5 is still on 5.1 and so are the other devices you mentioned. It also took them 2 months to update dutch c5 devices from 5 to 5.1 after announcing the update rollout.

I don't mind waiting for an update as long as the previous firmware is stable. But let's not kid ourselves, Sony is slow to update.

Lmao people complaining when compared to other Manufacturers who like only update 1 or 2 phones.... Then leave others dead behind.

In my opinion, Z2 and Z3 has 16 GB internal memory unlike Z3+ which has 32 GB which is not good for the update to Android 7. In my opinion, the list is very good although I had expected Z3 and maybe C5 and M5 to receive this update in the future.

For those who are criticizing about Sony's update can just keep their mouth shut because in my opinion Sony is very good in updating their software. And also that Samsung hasn't yet released MM update for their mid rangers like J5, J7 (both versions) while Sony are quick to update their devices like M4, M5, C5 to MM.

Anonymous, 24 Aug 2016Time to use Samsung, Sony can go suck an egg.If you that much care for an update that you can go for a brand switch then why go downhill? Buy a Nexus instead.

Disappointed to see the list really, i was expecting C5 Ultra, M5, and obviously Z3 series to be included as well. I know they can provide the update to the above phones as well because Z3 has been the one to be tested via Developer Program and now they have insulted the users by not providing the actual update to them. It has not even completed its 2 years update life and it deserves the next big update. While im happy for my Z5 but sad that my bro wont be getting 7.0 on his Z3.
Also, its not about 7.0, there is not much major changes, its about support and at least a 2 year support is a must. Z2 got it with MM now why not Z3?

Hail Sony. Big Thumbs down to ASUS, worst manufacturer ever when it comes to software update. They promised Android M upgrade almost a year ago, now other OEMs are listing devices for Android N while we never received Android M until now.
