despite this was better than other android smartphones manufacturers, yet disappointed, my Z3 will not get more updates (I had the chance to buy either z3 or z3+, only 50$ difference and I chose the Z3 :-( ......knowing the heating issue....

sony is not good in providing updates like moto lenova yet no news about anroid m update on sony m4 auqa.sony had committed that will be getting anroid m update this month.

For those of you asking about Z2 & Z3 update you did better give up.
Look at previous Sony flagship phone update history: both Sony Z and Z1 was released in 2013 and it will not be updated after 2 years (meaning 2015 Marshmellow is not available for these devices)
Similarly Z2 & Z3 are both released in 2014 (2 years later now its 2016 - therefore it will most likely not getting the Nougat update too).
So plan wisely before you buy Sony phone if the above history is true. Eg. Z3+ and Z5 all version should be receiving the last Nougat update.
