a trend is developing with the housing problem of that s-pen. if the note8 has problems in that area too the the trend will change to a reputation.

For $800+ there must be no flaws in software and hardware samsung has worst software support ( ditching my note 3 for marshmallow update ) and now hardware, the phone blast while charging and s pen stuck
To manufacture note 7 it cost samsung $450 but they sell it to $800-900 why ? Cause samsung is greedy thats why !

I have purchased plenty of Samsung phones from the omnihd to the S6 and only one of these had a problem. Sadly that is the S6. It intermittently won't charge and also intermittently presses the back button by itself. I am not the only one to experience this but I have seen other people in other countries demonstrating these problems too. Just search YouTube. These are not fakes, but sadly Samsung don't bother fixing intermittent issues. So after a long line of Samsung purchases no more for me... So my next phone will not be Samsung, next ssd will not be Samsung, my next tv will not be Samsung, etc. That is what happens when you sell substandard products and do not honor your warranty, thousands in lost sales... Of course one small repair and this would not have been the case.

Apple will be laughing more at Samsung,as Samsung thought the Note 7 would be very popular phone,but now with all the Drawbacks that is happening with the Note 7,loads will keep there money in there pockets and see what the Apple iPhone 7 models will offer,or wait for the future S8 Edge phone early next year

Another year, another successful market topping Samsung product, another fabricated negative Pr release by the paid media along side its inserted negative propaganda youtube operatives. Last year the public were infered to be idiots, as tho some one would fiddle to grip the pointed slippery end of an s pen, so they could insert it, to gain the joy of clawing at the same pointed tip...up a hole, trying to get to round part to draw it out. NO. Not one person, one time, EVER, the word moron doesn't come close. Why would some one cross the Atlantic, to go from Washington to Georgia, not one person capable of the intelect, that accumulates the wealth to aquire one of those phones was ever that stupid, like dropping it down a drain grid ..to see if his arm might ever fit through the drain grid . No only, on the internet could we find a situation, where we can't see money passing hands to prosper this kind of pretensionism, idiot, push it in further, AFTER it clicks, WHY, WHY would you do that, but it Samsungs , big sales again isn't it. Seven years from the Jet to the S7, no my screens didn't burn in, no my phones didn't crack, no, my Gear S watch cradle, didnt break, who are these people, I can't verify And authority, engadget, the gadget show erica, and many more in being , non,..complicit with apples interest, but just look at where the American placed the note 5 in their appraisals on gsma's own article, at no 1 in a list.No one I have ever known has ever had it occur to them, with any generation of note, to grab that pen, in the most unnatural uncomfortable non dexterus way, hoping to find some grip of some kind, in an effort to gain the prize of having, nothing to grip but the ball point to pull it out. No. Bare faced manipulative lies, I'm angry enough to buy 10, in an effort to push Samsung sales through the roof, so whoever is behind this din't gain by it. Public they are calling you idiots, they are saying you haven't got the brains to pull your oants down before you poo. Nonsense utter nonsense. Also, Samsung repair service is probably the worst in my region (personal experience wise). 60% of Samsung reviews in my country are negative, and thats a big deal.

This phone has been out for less than 2 weeks and it's already plagued with critical software and hardware flaws, yet you defend Samsung?
After paying almost a thousand for this phone I expect everything to work as advertised.
I've gone through 4 Galaxy Note 7s from AT&T and all have severe, crippling intermittent lag, 2 of them had camera issues. Other people have reported random reboots, bricks, etc. This appears to be a rushed product by Samsung.

i wonder how many cases would be out of bad manipulation...
i'm guessing when treated carefully it won't break, although normal pen users use it several times a day so it depends...
anyways Samsung is adressing the issue in the right way and that's a good thing
