In India also note 7 out of stock every where. I think samsung are in very serious problem to slove. Its very bad it happened to their top model and that too before few days of apple iphones launch. Some years before this battery problem happened to nokia mobiles but they publically published the problems in news papers and asked to get the replacement. Here the battery was BL 4C i think but it was only used in low end sets. But SAMSUNG problem is it happened to top note series with non removable battery design. Very bad... may be next note 8 comes with removable battery....

Add that VR is still in its infancy and deals 2K which isn't quite as sharp per eye, and the Note7 is becoming the skippable IT device of 2016. I lost interest in all phones this year and all hope for flagships.
At least with a console, it doesn't drastically drop in price after a year. A Note7 or iPhone 7 drops by half in a year. That's $400 I lose that I would rather keep to myself. Note7 might be the best smartphone for me but each glaring issues makes me realize it's not $650 better than other phones I could get at under $200 with stronger material used. Even if they drop to $100 from $200, that's nothing compared to a $400 drop after a year with a $800+ phone.
Proves time and time this planned obsolescence by all companies is a scam by hyped up publications and marketing. Flagship phones at over $200 are a scam, period. I don't care how pretty a smartphone is. I don't think most phones should cost more than $150 considering you get two years worth of use with them or less. If you are doing this now, then you love excess and burning money like people who are addicted to drugs or gambling. The Note7 is a ripoff like the HTC One M7 with that purple tinted camera issue that never went away. Don't be fooled by design.

This battery issue of the Samsung Note 7 is gonna affect Samsung big time, it's all about the negative psychology behind these exploding batteries, with the new Apple iPhone coming out soon, most people will abandon Samsung for Apple and then the other android hard core users will switch to other devices from LG, Sony and etc.

Why flagship Samsung nowadays have so much problem? But the low and mid doesn't have any issues. What is wrong with Samsung quality control?

lol, only few people buy this phone. Price is not good. Pay 800$ for a phone with faulty battery and blaming them to avoid possible customers from backing out of buying the handset.

Damn, I wanted this phone so much! Is it naive to believe Sammy will fix all the issues (lag, poor battery in that price range, s-pen getting stuck, etc) before Christmas?
