Samsung issues official statement on Galaxy Note7 battery fiasco

The delay in the device's shipments due to the fiasco has reportedly "knocked $7 billion off" Samsung's market value.

            all our phone is made in china guys and why you all guys always say china man . it is samsung fault not the factory in china because the factory in china is just like a contactor and samsung is a the architect ,man guys please wake up man we all the same human beings but not same skin

              They have biten themselves with the non-removable glued battery.

              i'm wondering if they will take the lesson seriously and will bring the removable battery back in the next note (if there will be any next note).

                          Samsung (SSNLF) said it had found a problem with the battery in some of the phones and was halting sales. It will replace all 2.5 million Galaxy Note 7s that have been sold with a new product regardless of when they were purchased.

                                I can't help but think that if this had of been an iPhone then some of you Fandroids would be slatting Apple for it & saying how bad it was for the company. I know there would be a few that would say that they hope Apple crumble after this!!!!

                                      It's official.
                                      Samsung will recall all their note 7 (approx 1 mil)
                                      And will replace with a new unit

                                      For Korea, this will start on Sept 19th

                                        So, 0.1% of all sold phones are affected and their shares fall for 7 billions. But when Apple's entire line has something messed up, people buy it even more for some bizarre reason... O_o
